How do I choose the correct wetsuit size?
We recommend using our comprehensive size chart which factors in height and weight. If you fall between two sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort or sizing down for a more competitive, compressed fit.
What is the typical shipping time for orders?
Standard domestic orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 working days. International shipping times vary by location but usually range from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy for performance wear?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that tags remain attached and, for hygiene reasons, swimwear must have the protective strip intact.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all HUUB products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, fingernail tears in neoprene, or general wear and tear from regular use.
How should I care for my HUUB wetsuit?
After every use, rinse your wetsuit in fresh water and hang it to dry inside out on a wide-shouldered hanger away from direct sunlight. Avoid using chemical cleaners or machine washing.
